2. Safety Information

  • Always ensure the shelter is properly anchored to the ground to prevent it from tipping over in strong winds. Use the provided L-Type pegs and consider additional heavy-duty anchors in high-wind areas.
  • Avoid placing the shelter near heat sources or under direct sunlight for extended periods to minimize the risk of fire.
  • Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for safe setup, use, and dismantling.
  • Do not use the shelter as a permanent structure. It is designed for portable and temporary storage.
  • Clear snow accumulation from the roof promptly to prevent structural damage.

3. Package Contents

Verify that all components are present before beginning assembly. The shelter is shipped in two separate boxes, which may arrive at different times.

5. Setup and Assembly

The ADVANCE OUTDOOR portable garage shelter features a tool-free frame design for quick and easy assembly. It is recommended to have at least two people for assembly.

5.1 Frame Assembly

  1. Unpack all components and lay them out. Identify all poles and connectors according to the parts list in the instruction manual.
  2. Begin by assembling the base frame. Connect the horizontal and vertical poles using the provided connectors. The steel pipes are designed to easily connect to each other.
  3. Assemble the roof structure, ensuring all connections are secure. The frame is designed with reinforcement structures for stability.
  4. Attach the roof structure to the sidewall frames. Ensure all screws (no tools required) are tightened by hand for a stable roof.

5.2 Cover Installation

  1. Carefully drape the one-piece cover over the assembled frame, ensuring it is centered and aligned.
  2. Secure the cover to the frame using the provided high-quality bungee balls. Ensure the cover is taut to prevent water pooling and wind damage.
  3. Install the two removable zipper doors at the front and back openings. These doors feature double zippers and buckles for secure closure.
  4. Anchor the shelter to the ground using the upgraded 0.32x11.81 inch (8x300mm) L-Type pegs. Ensure all anchor points are firmly secured.

6. Operation and Usage

Your ADVANCE OUTDOOR shelter is versatile and can be adapted for various uses and weather conditions.

6.1 Door Operation

  • The doors can be fully closed using the double zippers for complete enclosure.
  • For easy entry/exit or increased airflow, the doors can be rolled up and secured with the integrated buckles.
  • The doors are fully removable if desired, allowing for an open-ended shelter configuration.

6.2 Ventilation

Each door is equipped with a double-layer vent. These vents facilitate air circulation, help prevent moisture buildup, and reduce condensation caused by temperature differences.

  • Cover Care: The triple-layer 240g PE cover is UV-treated, waterproof, and tear-proof. Clean the cover periodically with mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  • Frame Inspection: Periodically check all frame connections and bungee balls to ensure they are secure and in good condition. Tighten any loose connections.
  • Anchoring: Regularly inspect the ground pegs and anchoring system, especially after strong winds or heavy precipitation, to ensure the shelter remains firmly secured.
  • Snow Removal: In snowy conditions, promptly remove snow accumulation from the roof to prevent excessive weight and potential damage to the frame and cover.
  • Ventilation: Ensure vents are clear of debris to maintain proper airflow and prevent condensation.
