4. Setup & Installation
4.1 Inserting the SD Card
Before first use, insert a Class 10 /U1/U3 or above high-speed Micro SD card (64-128GB recommended) into the dash cam. Ensure the card is inserted correctly until it clicks into place. It is crucial to format the SD card within the dash cam before initial use and periodically thereafter to maintain optimal performance.

4.2 Mounting the Front Camera
- Clean the windshield area where you intend to mount the dash cam.
- Attach the suction cup mount to the dash cam.
- Press the suction cup firmly against the windshield and flip the lever to secure it.
- Adjust the camera angle to ensure a clear view of the road ahead. The mount allows for 150-degree vertical and 360-degree horizontal rotation.
4.3 Connecting Power
Connect the provided car charger to the dash cam's power input port and plug the other end into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. The dash cam requires a constant 5V/2A external power supply to function correctly, especially for parking recording features.
4.4 Installing the Rear Camera
- Route the rear camera cable from the front dash cam unit to the rear of your vehicle. Use the included cable clamps and crowbar to neatly tuck the cable along the headliner and trim for a clean installation.
- Mount the IP68 waterproof rear camera near your license plate or on the rear window, ensuring a clear view.
- Connect the rear camera cable to the designated port on the main dash cam unit.

5. Operation
5.1 Power On/Off
The dash cam will automatically power on and begin recording when your vehicle's ignition is turned on. It will power off automatically when the ignition is turned off.
5.2 Recording Modes
- Loop Recording: The dash cam continuously records video in short segments (e.g., 1, 3, or 5 minutes). When the SD card is full, it automatically overwrites the oldest unlocked video files to ensure continuous recording.
- Emergency Accident Lock (G-Sensor): The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. When activated, it automatically locks the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. These locked files are stored in a separate folder on the SD card.

5.3 Parking Monitoring
When parking mode is enabled and the dash cam is continuously powered (e.g., via a hardwire kit or constant power from the car charger), the camera will automatically record a short video if it detects vibration or impact while the vehicle is parked. This feature helps protect your vehicle from potential incidents when unattended.
5.4 Motion Detection
With motion detection enabled, the dash cam will start recording when it detects movement in front of the camera. This is useful for capturing events when the vehicle is stationary but not necessarily impacted.

5.5 Wide Dynamic Range (WDR)
WDR technology enhances video quality in challenging lighting conditions, such as strong backlight or low light environments. It balances exposure to capture clearer details in both bright and dark areas of the image, improving visibility, especially during night driving.

5.6 Dual Camera Recording
The dash cam records simultaneously from both the front (1080P) and rear (720P) cameras, providing comprehensive coverage of your vehicle's surroundings. The IP68 waterproof rating of the rear camera ensures reliable performance even in adverse weather conditions.

6. Maintenance
6.1 SD Card Care
To ensure optimal performance and prevent recording issues, it is highly recommended to format the Micro SD card within the dash cam every 2-4 weeks. This helps clear accumulated data and maintain the card's speed and integrity. Always use a high-speed (Class 10 /U1/U3 or above) SD card from a reputable brand (e.g., Samsung).
6.2 Cleaning
Gently wipe the camera lenses and the screen with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the surfaces.
7. Troubleshooting
7.1 SD Card Errors / Cannot Record / Auto Shut Down
