Setup

1. Charging the Battery

  1. Connect the supplied USB charging cable to the DC 5V input port on the rear of the radio.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a powered USB port.
  3. The charging indicator on the display will show the charging status. A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours.
  4. The radio features a built-in 1800mAh rechargeable battery, providing 3-6 hours of playback depending on usage.

2. Initial Power On

  1. Ensure the main power switch on the rear panel is in the 'ON' position.
  2. Press the Power button on the front panel to turn on the radio.
  3. Upon first use, the radio will prompt you to perform an automatic scan for DAB/DAB+ stations.

3. Antenna Adjustment

Extend the telescopic antenna fully for optimal reception of DAB/DAB+ and FM radio signals. Adjust its position for the best signal quality.

Operation

1. DAB/DAB+ Radio Mode

  1. Press the Mode button to select DAB mode.
  2. If it's the first time or if you want to rescan, press the Scan button. The radio will automatically scan for available DAB/DAB+ stations.
  3. Use the Up/Down navigation buttons (often integrated with volume or separate) to browse through the list of found stations.
  4. Press Enter to select a station.
  5. To save a station as a preset, press and hold the Preset button, then use the navigation buttons to choose a preset number and press Enter to confirm.

2. FM Radio Mode

  1. Press the Mode button to select FM mode.
  2. Press the Scan button to automatically scan and save available FM stations. Alternatively, use the navigation buttons to manually tune to a frequency.
  3. To save an FM station as a preset, follow the same procedure as for DAB mode using the Preset button.

3. Bluetooth Mode

  1. Press the Mode button to select Bluetooth mode. The display will show 'Bluetooth Pairing' or similar.
  2. On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select 'Inscabin M60' from the list of devices to pair.
  4. Once paired, you can stream audio from your device to the Inscabin M60.

4. Auxiliary Input (AUX)

  1. Connect a 3.5mm audio cable (not included) from your external audio device's headphone jack or line-out to the AUX input port on the rear of the Inscabin M60.
  2. Press the Mode button to select AUX mode.
  3. Control playback and volume from your external audio device.

5. USB and Micro SD Playback

  1. Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port or a Micro SD card into the Micro SD slot on the rear of the radio.
  2. Press the Mode button to select USB or Micro SD mode.
  3. The radio will automatically detect and play compatible audio files. Use the navigation buttons to skip tracks.

6. Alarm and Sleep Timer Functions

  • Dual Alarm: Press the Alarm button to access alarm settings. You can set two independent alarms with customizable sources (DAB, FM, Buzzer) and volumes. Follow the on-screen prompts to set time, source, and frequency.
  • Sleep Timer: Press the Sleep button repeatedly to cycle through available sleep timer durations (e.g., 15, 30, 45, 60, 90 minutes, Off). The radio will automatically turn off after the selected duration.

7. Language Settings

The Inscabin M60 supports multiple languages. To change the system language:

  1. Press the Menu button.
  2. Navigate to 'System Settings' or 'Language'.
  3. Select your desired language from the list and press Enter.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Wipe the radio's surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners, waxes, or solvents as they may damage the finish.

Battery Care

  • To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
  • If the radio will not be used for an extended period, charge it fully and then store it in a cool, dry place. Recharge every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge.
