Upon opening the package, please ensure all the following items are present:

  • USB Charging Cable
  • Rechargeable Battery (pre-installed or separate)

Setup

Battery Installation

The Shadowhawk S1476 flashlight is designed to operate with one 26650 rechargeable lithium battery or three AAA batteries (using the provided adapter).

  1. Unscrew the tail cap of the flashlight by turning it counter-clockwise.
  2. Insert the 26650 rechargeable battery with the positive (+) end facing towards the head of the flashlight. If using AAA batteries, place them into the provided adapter, ensuring correct polarity, then insert the adapter into the flashlight.
  3. Screw the tail cap back on clockwise until it is securely tightened.

Charging the Battery

Before first use, it is recommended to fully charge the battery.

  1. Locate the USB charging port on the flashlight body (usually under a protective cover).
  2. Connect the smaller end of the provided USB charging cable to the flashlight's micro USB port.
  3. Connect the larger end of the USB cable to a USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, computer, power bank).
  4. The indicator lights on the flashlight will show the charging status. Typically, blue lights will illuminate progressively to indicate charge level (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%).
  5. Once all indicator lights are solid blue, the battery is fully charged. Disconnect the charging cable.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Mode Selection

The flashlight features a single power switch button for all operations.

  • To Turn On: Press the power switch button once. The flashlight will turn on in the last used mode.
  • To Change Modes: While the flashlight is on, press the power switch button repeatedly to cycle through the modes: High → Medium → Low → Strobe → SOS.
  • To Turn Off: Press and hold the power switch button for approximately 2-3 seconds.

Zoom Function

The flashlight features a zoomable head for adjusting the beam focus.

  • To Zoom In (Spotlight): Gently push the head of the flashlight forward (away from the body). This will narrow the beam for a concentrated spotlight.
  • To Zoom Out (Floodlight): Gently pull the head of the flashlight backward (towards the body). This will widen the beam for a broad floodlight.

Power Bank Functionality

The Shadowhawk S1476 can act as a portable power bank to charge other devices.

  • Connect your device's charging cable to the USB output port on the flashlight.
  • The flashlight will begin charging your device. Monitor your device's charging indicator.
  • Note: Using the power bank function will consume the flashlight's battery power.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Battery Care: For optimal battery life, charge the battery regularly, even if not in frequent use. Avoid fully discharging the battery for extended periods. Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place.
  • Sealing Rings: Periodically inspect the O-rings (sealing rings) for any damage or wear. A thin layer of silicone grease can be applied to maintain their integrity and waterproof performance.
  • Lens Care: Keep the lens clean to ensure maximum light output. Use a lens cleaning cloth or soft tissue.

Troubleshooting
