Setup

2. Air Lift Technology
The Air Lift Technology inflates to provide a gentle or deep stretch. Use the 'MANUAL' buttons on the remote to adjust the intensity of the lift, allowing you to customize the stretching experience to your comfort level. This feature helps improve flexibility and range of motion.

3. Vibration Massage
Activate the vibration massage function using the 'MASSAGE' button on the remote. The vibrating waves work to loosen tight knots and comfort tense muscles, promoting relaxation and relief.

4. Soothing Heat

6. Placement and Usage
The device is designed to fit comfortably in the natural contour of your lower back. It can be used on a flat floor, a bed, or even in a chair. An optional base is included for use on softer surfaces like couches or foam cushions to provide stability.

1. Cleaning
