Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your 10L0L Golf Cart Mirror Set. This set includes one 16.5-inch extra-wide panoramic rear view mirror and two side rear view mirrors, designed for universal fit on most golf carts. Please read these instructions carefully before installation and use to ensure proper function and safety.
Safety Information
- Always ensure mirrors are securely mounted and adjusted before operating the golf cart.
- Regularly check mounting hardware for tightness to prevent mirrors from shifting or falling during use.
- Convex mirrors provide a wider field of view but can make objects appear farther away than they actually are. Use caution when judging distances.
- Do not obstruct your view of the road or surroundings with improperly placed mirrors.

Setup and Installation
Side Mirror Installation
- Identify Mounting Location: Choose a suitable flat surface on the golf cart's frame or roof support where the side mirrors will provide optimal rear visibility.
- Mark and Drill Holes: Position the mirror bracket and mark the drilling points. Carefully drill pilot holes if necessary, ensuring they are appropriate for the provided screws.
- Secure the Mirror: Attach the mirror bracket to the golf cart using the provided screws, washers, and nuts. Ensure the mirror is firmly secured and does not wobble.

Panoramic Rear View Mirror Installation
- Choose Mounting Point: Select a location on the golf cart's roof or overhead frame that allows for a clear, unobstructed view to the rear.
- Attach Bracket: Use the provided bracket and screws to securely fasten the bracket to the chosen mounting point.
- Mount Mirror: Slide or attach the panoramic mirror onto the bracket. Ensure it clicks into place or is tightened with any provided knobs.

Operating Instructions
Adjusting Side Mirrors
The side mirrors are designed for flexible adjustment to minimize blind spots.
- Angle Adjustment: Gently pivot the mirror housing to achieve the desired viewing angle.
- Tension Adjustment: If the mirror does not hold its position, locate the large bottom screw (refer to Figure 5) and carefully tighten it to increase the tension. Do not overtighten.

Adjusting Panoramic Rear View Mirror
The panoramic mirror offers a wide field of view and can be adjusted for optimal positioning.
- Clamp Rotation: The clamps holding the mirror can be rotated up to 180 degrees, allowing you to easily adjust the mirror to your desired viewing angle.
- Steering Adjustment: The mirror itself can be adjusted up to 270 degrees to fine-tune your rear view.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Clean mirror surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and a mild glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or materials that could scratch the mirror.
- Hardware Check: Periodically inspect all mounting screws, nuts, and brackets to ensure they remain tight. Tighten any loose hardware to prevent mirrors from vibrating or shifting.
- Buffer Sponge: The side mirrors include a buffer sponge to protect the golf cart's finish. Ensure this sponge remains intact and in place.
Troubleshooting
- Mirrors Not Holding Position: If side mirrors do not stay in place, tighten the large bottom screw on the mirror housing (refer to Figure 5) to increase tension. For the panoramic mirror, ensure the clamps are securely tightened.
- Poor Visibility: Re-adjust the mirror angles to ensure they provide the widest possible view without creating excessive blind spots. Clean mirror surfaces if smudged or dirty.
- Vibration: Ensure all mounting hardware is securely tightened. Loose connections can cause mirrors to vibrate during golf cart operation.
