3. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your DMASUN Spin Bike. It is recommended to have two people for certain steps due to the weight of the main frame.
- Attach Stabilizers: Secure the front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure they are firmly tightened.
- Install Pedals: Identify the Left (L) and Right (R) pedals. The left pedal tightens counter-clockwise, and the right pedal tightens clockwise. Thread them carefully into the crank arms and tighten securely with the wrench.
- Insert Handlebar Post: Slide the handlebar post into the front vertical tube of the main frame. Adjust to your desired height and secure with the adjustment knob.
- Attach Handlebar Assembly: Mount the handlebar assembly onto the handlebar post and secure it with the designated bolts.
- Insert Saddle Post: Slide the saddle post into the rear vertical tube. Adjust to your desired height and secure with the adjustment knob.
- Attach Saddle: Mount the saddle onto the saddle post. Adjust its fore/aft position as needed and tighten the securing bolts.
- Install Display Monitor and Tablet Holder: Connect the sensor wires from the main frame to the back of the display monitor. Mount the display monitor onto the handlebar assembly. Attach the tablet holder above the display.


4. Adjustments

Handlebar Adjustment:
- Loosen the handlebar adjustment knob located on the front vertical post.
- Raise or lower the handlebar to your desired height. The handlebar offers 8 levels of vertical adjustment.
- Tighten the knob securely to lock the handlebar in place.
Saddle Adjustment:
- Height Adjustment: Loosen the saddle height adjustment knob on the rear vertical post. Raise or lower the saddle to a comfortable height. The saddle offers 10 levels of vertical adjustment. Tighten the knob securely.
- Fore/Aft Adjustment: Loosen the saddle fore/aft adjustment knob located beneath the saddle. Slide the saddle forward or backward by 8cm to find your optimal riding position. Tighten the knob securely.
Resistance Adjustment:
- The spin bike features a stepless magnetic resistance system.
- Turn the resistance knob clockwise to increase resistance and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance.
- For emergency stops, press down firmly on the resistance knob.
