Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your bar stools. It is recommended to assemble on a soft, clean surface to prevent damage.

1. Attach the Footrest to the Gas Lift: Slide the footrest ring onto the gas lift cylinder. Ensure it is oriented correctly.
2. Insert Gas Lift into Base: Place the wider end of the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the base plate. The base plate has a diameter of 16.3 inches (41.5 cm) for enhanced stability.
3. Attach Seat to Gas Lift: Carefully align the mounting plate on the underside of the seat with the top of the gas lift cylinder. Secure the seat to the gas lift using the provided screws and allen wrench. Ensure all screws are tightened firmly.

Your Yaheetech bar stools are now assembled and ready for use.

Operating Instructions

Height Adjustment

To adjust the seat height, locate the lever positioned under the seat. While seated, pull the lever upwards to lower the seat. To raise the seat, stand up slightly, then pull the lever upwards. The gas lift system allows for smooth height adjustments from approximately 24.6 inches to 32.5 inches (62.5 cm to 82.5 cm).

Swivel Function

The seat is designed to swivel 360 degrees, providing flexibility and ease of movement. Simply rotate the seat in your desired direction.

Maintenance and Care

Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your bar stools.

• Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth. For tougher stains on the PU leather, use a mild soap solution and then wipe dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten if necessary.
• Weight Capacity: Adhere strictly to the maximum weight capacity of 276 lbs (125 kg) per stool.

Troubleshooting

Stool is Wobbly

• Ensure all assembly screws are securely tightened.
• Verify the stool is placed on a flat, even surface.

Height Adjustment Not Working

• Check if the orange protective cap on the gas lift cylinder was removed during assembly. This cap must be removed for the gas lift to function.
• Ensure the lever mechanism is not obstructed and is properly connected to the gas lift.
