Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the customized 3.5mm jack charging cable to the speaker's charging port and a USB power source. The charging time is approximately 3 hours. The LED indicator will show charging status.

2. Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button (⏻) located on the control panel to turn the speaker On or Off. A voice prompt will confirm the action.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

1. Turn on the speaker. It will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light.
2. On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "SoundAngel Mate" from the list. A voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.
4. The speaker will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when turned on, if within range.

4. Mounting the Speaker

The speaker comes with a strong suction cup. Ensure the surface is clean and smooth before attaching. Press the suction cup firmly against the surface until it adheres securely. A silicone lanyard is also included for hanging the speaker.

Operating Instructions

1. Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the Play/Pause button (▶/‖) to play or pause music.
• Volume Up/Next Track: Short press the V+/⏭ button to increase volume. Long press to skip to the next track.
• Volume Down/Previous Track: Short press the V-/⏮ button to decrease volume. Long press to go to the previous track.

2. Hands-Free Calling

• Answer Call: Press the Phone button (📞) to answer an incoming call.
• End Call: Press the Phone button (📞) again to end an active call.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the Phone button (📞) to reject an incoming call.

3. Light Modes

The speaker features multiple LED light modes. Press the Light button (💡) to cycle through different lighting effects or turn them off.

Maintenance

• After use in water, gently wipe the speaker dry with a soft cloth.
• Ensure the charging port cover is securely closed to maintain its waterproof rating.
• Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the speaker.
• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting

No Power

• Ensure the speaker is fully charged.
• Press and hold the power button for a few seconds to ensure it's turning on correctly.

Cannot Pair

• Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (flashing LED).
• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and it's within range (up to 100 meters).
• Forget "SoundAngel Mate" from your device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.
• If multiple users are trying to connect, ensure previous devices are disconnected or have forgotten the speaker.

Poor Sound Quality

• Ensure the speaker and your device are within optimal Bluetooth range.
• Check the volume levels on both the speaker and your connected device.
• Ensure there are no obstructions between the speaker and the connected device.
