Introduction

The CAT Roarin' Rex-Cavator is a unique toy combining the features of a Tyrannosaurus Rex with a construction excavator. This battery-operated toy is designed for children aged 3 years and up, offering interactive play with lights, sounds, and precision controls. Setup

Battery Installation

The CAT Roarin' Rex-Cavator comes with 3 AA batteries pre-installed. If replacement is needed:

1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the toy.
2. Using a Phillips head screwdriver, unscrew the battery compartment cover.
3. Remove the old batteries and insert 3 new AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
4. Replace the cover and secure it with the screw.

Initial Assembly

No assembly is required for the CAT Roarin' Rex-Cavator. It is ready for play directly out of the box.

Operating Instructions

The Rex-Cavator features two ergonomic joysticks for controlling its movements and actions.

Precision Control

• Use the left joystick to control the movement of the Rex-Cavator's head and neck, allowing for scooping and lifting actions.
• Use the right joystick to control the opening and closing of the dinosaur-like mouth/scooper.
• The toy can be swiveled around for dynamic play.

Lights & Sounds

• Press the button on the joystick to activate flashing lights in the eyes and realistic roaring dino sounds.
• The sounds and lights enhance the interactive play experience.

Building Blocks Interaction

The included building blocks can be used to create structures for the Rex-Cavator to interact with:

• Stack the blocks to build cityscapes or other structures.
• Use the Rex-Cavator's precision controls to pick up, move, and knock down the stacked blocks.
