2.2 Connecting Your Keyboard
The MX Keys for Business keyboard offers two primary connection methods: Logi Bolt USB receiver or Bluetooth Low Energy.
2.2.1 Using the Logi Bolt USB Receiver
- Locate the Logi Bolt USB receiver. It may be found inside the mouse (under the battery cover) if purchased as a combo, or within the product packaging.
- Plug the Logi Bolt USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
- Turn on the keyboard using the power switch located on the top edge. The keyboard should automatically connect.

2.2.2 Using Bluetooth Low Energy
- Turn on the keyboard using the power switch.
- Press and hold one of the Easy-Switch keys (1, 2, or 3) until the LED light on the key starts blinking rapidly. This indicates the keyboard is in pairing mode.
- On your computer or device, navigate to Bluetooth settings and select "MX Keys for Business" from the list of available devices to pair.

4. Maintenance
4.1 Cleaning
To clean your keyboard, use a soft, lint-free cloth. For stubborn dirt, slightly dampen the cloth with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
4.2 Charging
The keyboard features a USB-C rechargeable battery. A full charge can last up to ten days with backlighting on, or up to five months with backlighting off. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the keyboard and a power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).

- Flaky connection: If using the Logi Bolt receiver, ensure it is plugged directly into a USB port on your computer, not a hub. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and the keyboard is within range. Try re-pairing the device.
5.2 Key Functionality
- Keys not registering or sticking: Gently clean around and under the affected keycaps to remove any debris. Avoid forcefully removing keycaps as this may cause damage.
- Backlighting not working: Check the battery level. Backlighting automatically adjusts and may turn off to conserve power in bright environments or when battery is low.
