Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to correctly assemble your WALI MF002-W Dual Monitor Stand.

Package Contents

Before you begin, ensure all parts are present:

• 1 x WALI Free Standing Dual Monitor Mount (White)
• Mounting Hardware Kit (screws, washers, Allen keys)
• User Manual

Assembly Steps

1. Install the Base: Attach the vertical pole to the V-shaped base using the provided screws and Allen key. Ensure it is securely tightened.
2. Attach the Arm Assembly: Slide the horizontal arm assembly onto the top of the vertical pole. Secure it at the desired height using the locking mechanism.
3. Attach Monitor Plates to Monitors: Use the appropriate M4 screws from the hardware kit to attach the VESA plates to the back of your monitors. For flat-back monitors, use M4 x 12mm bolts. For curved-back monitors, use M4 x 30mm bolts.
4. Hang Monitors on the Mount: Carefully slide the monitors (with attached VESA plates) onto the arms of the stand. Ensure they are properly seated and secure.
5. Initial Adjustments: Make initial height adjustments by loosening the collar on the vertical pole and repositioning the arm assembly. Tighten the collar once the desired height is achieved.

Monitor Adjustments

• Tilt: Adjust the monitor tilt from +90° to -90° to reduce glare and optimize viewing angle.
• Swivel: Swivel the monitors +90° to -90° at the arm joints and +90° to -90° at the VESA plate for flexible positioning.
• Rotation: Rotate monitors 360° from landscape to portrait mode as needed for different tasks.
• Height: Adjust the monitor height along the 16-inch center pole for ergonomic alignment with your eye level.

Cable Management

Utilize the integrated cable clips along the arms and pole to route and secure your monitor cables. This helps maintain a tidy and professional workspace, preventing cable clutter.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your monitor stand.

• Cleaning: Wipe the stand with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that may damage the finish.
• Tightening: Periodically check all screws and bolts, especially those at the joints and base, and tighten them if necessary to maintain stability.
• Lubrication: If any joints become stiff, a small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to improve movement.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Monitors are not level: Ensure the horizontal arm is level and adjust the individual VESA plate tilt mechanisms if needed.
• Stand feels unstable: Verify that the base is placed on a flat, solid surface and all screws, especially those connecting the pole to the base, are securely tightened.
• Monitors tilt forward/backward too easily: Tighten the tilt adjustment screws on the VESA plates using the provided Allen key.
• Difficulty adjusting monitor position: Check if any locking mechanisms are engaged. Loosen them slightly to allow movement, then re-tighten to secure the position.
