Setup Guide

1. Download the CloudEdge App

The Anlapus camera operates with the CloudEdge app. Download it from your smartphone's app store.

2. Camera Pairing

Ensure your camera is fully charged or connected to the solar panel in direct sunlight.
Open the CloudEdge app and create an account or log in.
Tap the "+" icon to add a new device.
Follow the on-screen instructions in the app to connect your camera to your WiFi network. This typically involves scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera lens.
If pairing fails, press and hold the Reset Button on the camera for 5 seconds until you hear a prompt, then try again.

3. Installation

The camera is designed for wireless installation. Choose a location that provides optimal coverage and receives sufficient sunlight for the solar panel.

Mount the camera using the provided screws and wall plugs.
Position the solar panel in an area with maximum direct sunlight exposure throughout the day to ensure continuous power.
Ensure the camera is within range of your WiFi router for a stable connection.

Operating Instructions

Live View and Remote Access

Once connected, you can access the live video feed from your camera anytime, anywhere via the CloudEdge app on your smartphone or tablet.

Two-Way Audio

The integrated microphone and speaker allow for real-time two-way communication. Tap the microphone icon in the app to speak through the camera's speaker, and listen through your phone's speaker.

Troubleshooting

Camera not connecting to WiFi	Ensure the camera is within range of your WiFi router. Check that your WiFi password is entered correctly in the app. Reset the camera using the reset button and try pairing again. Ensure your router is operating on a 2.4GHz network, as the camera may not support 5GHz.
Battery not charging with solar panel	Verify the solar panel is clean and free from obstructions. Ensure the solar panel is positioned to receive direct sunlight for several hours daily. Check the connection cable between the solar panel and the camera. Consider manual charging via USB if sunlight is consistently insufficient (e.g., during prolonged cloudy periods or winter).
Poor image quality or night vision	Clean the camera lens. Ensure there are no obstructions directly in front of the lens. Check for strong light sources directly facing the camera at night, which can interfere with night vision.
False alarms or no motion detection	Adjust the motion detection sensitivity settings in the CloudEdge app. Ensure the camera's PIR sensor is not blocked. Verify that the human detection feature is enabled if you wish to filter out non-human movements.
