Setup and First Use

1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all packaging materials and stickers from the appliance.
2. Cleaning: Wash the cooking basket and grill plate with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
3. Placement: Place the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is at least 10 cm of free space behind and above the appliance for proper air circulation.
4. Initial Run (Optional but Recommended): For the first use, it is recommended to run the appliance empty for about 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F) to eliminate any manufacturing odors. Ensure the area is well-ventilated during this process.

Control Panel

Pre-set Programs

The appliance includes 8 pre-set programs for common dishes. To use a pre-set program:

1. Place food in the cooking basket or on the grill plate.
2. Insert the basket into the main unit.
3. Press the power button to turn on the appliance.
4. Select the desired pre-set program icon on the digital display. The appliance will automatically set the temperature and time.
5. Press the start button to begin cooking.

Available programs include: Fries, Nuggets, Roasted Chicken, Pizza, Grilled Meat, Fish, Vegetables, and Dessert.

Manual Mode (Temperature and Time Adjustment)

For custom recipes, use the manual mode:

1. Place food in the cooking basket or on the grill plate.
2. Insert the basket into the main unit.
3. Press the power button.
4. Use the temperature control buttons (+/-) to set the desired cooking temperature.
5. Use the time control buttons (+/-) to set the desired cooking duration.
6. Press the start button to begin cooking.

Air Frying Function

The air frying function uses hot air circulation to cook food with little to no added oil, resulting in crispy textures.

• Ensure the grill plate is removed if not needed for air frying.
• Place food directly into the cooking basket. Do not overfill.
• Select an air fry pre-set program or set temperature and time manually.
• Shake the basket halfway through cooking for even results, especially for smaller items like fries. The appliance will pause when the basket is removed and resume when reinserted.

Grilling Function

The grill function utilizes the die-cast aluminum grill plate to achieve authentic grill marks and flavors.

• Insert the die-cast aluminum grill plate into the cooking basket.
• Place food directly onto the grill plate.
• Select the "Grill" pre-set program or set temperature and time manually.
• For best results, preheat the grill plate for a few minutes before adding food.

Dehydrating Function

The dehydrator function allows you to make dried snacks. Refer to specific recipes for recommended temperatures and times for various foods.

• Prepare food for dehydration (e.g., thinly sliced fruits or vegetables).
• Place food in a single layer in the cooking basket.
• Set a low temperature (e.g., 40-70°C) and a long duration (several hours) as per your recipe.

Timer Function

The integrated 60-minute timer with an auto-ready bell will notify you when cooking is complete. The appliance will automatically shut off once the timer reaches zero.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning

1. Unplug: Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Basket and Grill Plate: The cooking basket and grill plate are non-stick and can be washed with hot water, dish soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. They are also dishwasher safe.
