1. Introduction and Overview

This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation, setup, and maintenance of your TUXING 4500Psi PCP Air Compressor. 2. Safety Information

3.1. Oil Filling

The compressor does not come with silicone oil due to transportation restrictions. You will need to prepare silicone oil separately.

1. Locate the oil cap on the compressor unit.
2. Remove the oil cap and replace it with the breathing rod (included).
3. Add silicone oil until the level reaches the red dot on the oil sight glass. Do not overfill.

3.2. Water Cooling System Setup

1. Locate the water tank and fill port.
2. Fill the water tank with clean water. Ensure the water pump is submerged.
3. Verify all water cooling hoses are securely connected and free of kinks or leaks.

3.3. Air Filter and Hose Connection

1. Connect the blue filter and filling hose to the compressor's air outlet.

3. Connect the other end of the filling hose to the tank you intend to fill.

4. Operating Instructions

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your TUXING air compressor.

1. Ensure all setup steps (oil, water, hose connections) are complete.
2. Plug the compressor into a suitable 110V power outlet.
3. Turn on the cooling system switch to ensure water circulation and fan operation. Verify the fan is working.
4. Turn on the compressor switch. The compressor will begin filling the connected tank.
5. Monitor the pressure gauge and the temperature display. The compressor features an auto-stop function that will halt operation once the set pressure is reached or if the temperature exceeds safe limits.
6. Do not exceed 300 Bar / 4500 PSI / 30 MPA filling pressure.

4.1. Shutdown Instructions

1. Once filling is complete or if you need to stop, turn off the compressor switch.
2. Allow the cooling system to run for a few minutes to cool down the unit.
3. Open the air release valve to depressurize the system.
4. Disconnect the filling hose from the tank.
5. Finally, turn off the cooling system switch and unplug the compressor.

• Oil Level: Regularly check the oil level and refill as needed. Use only recommended silicone oil.
