6. Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your heater, please refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Heater does not turn on. | No power supply. Main power switch is off. Tip-over switch activated. Thermal switch activated (overheating). | Check if the plug is securely inserted into a working outlet. Ensure the main power switch is in the 'I' (ON) position. Place the heater on a flat, stable surface. Unplug the heater, allow it to cool down for 30 minutes, then plug it back in. Ensure air inlets/outlets are not blocked. |
| Heater turns off unexpectedly. | Tip-over switch activated. Thermal switch activated (overheating). Body sensor activated (no presence detected). | Ensure the heater is on a stable surface. Unplug the heater, allow it to cool down, and check for obstructions. If the body sensor is active, it will turn off after 2 minutes of no presence. Move closer to the heater or deactivate the body sensor. |
| Heater is on but not producing heat. | Thermostat set too low. | Increase the thermostat setting by rotating the dial clockwise. |
| USB charging port not working. | Heater is not powered on. Cable or device issue. | Ensure the main power switch is in the 'I' (ON) position. Try a different USB cable or device to rule out external issues. |
