- Press and hold the SET button (gear icon) until the hour digit flashes.
- Use the UP and DOWN buttons to adjust the hour.
- Press SET again to move to the minute digit, then adjust with UP and DOWN.
- Press OK to save the time.
4.2. Programming Automatic Meals
You can program up to 6 meals per day.
- Press the SET button repeatedly until the desired meal number (e.g., '1' for Meal 1) flashes on the display.
- Set Meal Time: The hour digit will flash. Use UP and DOWN to set the hour. Press SET to move to minutes, then adjust.
- Set Portion Size: After setting the time, the portion number (e.g., 'P-01') will flash. Use UP and DOWN to select the desired portion size (01-20). Each portion is approximately 9 grams.
- Press OK to save the settings for this meal.
- Repeat for additional meals (up to 6). To disable a meal, set its portion size to '00'.
