1. Important Safety Information

3. Charging the Jump Starter

Before first use, fully charge the GOOLOO GE1500. It is recommended to recharge the device every 3-6 months to maintain battery health, even when not in use.

1. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the USB-C input port on the jump starter.
2. Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a compatible USB wall charger (not included, use your own).
3. The indicator lights will illuminate to show the charging progress. All lights will be solid when fully charged.
4. A full charge from 0% to 100% takes approximately 3 hours with PD15W fast charging.

4. Operating Instructions: Jump Starting a Vehicle

The GOOLOO GE1500 is designed to jump start 12V vehicles with up to 6.0L gasoline or 4.0L diesel engines.

Steps to Jump Start:

1. Ensure Sufficient Charge: Make sure the jump starter has at least 50% charge (2 indicator lights).
2. Connect Smart Cables: Insert the blue plug of the smart jump cables into the jump start socket on the GOOLOO GE1500. Ensure a firm connection.
3. Connect to Battery:
   • Connect the RED positive (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle battery.
   • Connect the BLACK negative (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle battery.

   The indicator light on the smart clamp will show the connection status. A solid green light indicates a correct and safe connection.
4. Start Vehicle: Once the smart clamp indicator is solid green, start your vehicle's engine.
5. Remove Cables: After the engine starts, immediately remove the smart clamps from the vehicle battery, then disconnect the smart cables from the jump starter.

The smart jump cables are equipped with 10 types of protection, including spark-proof, reverse polarity, overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection, ensuring safe operation.

5. Power Bank Functionality

The GE1500 can also function as a portable power bank to charge various electronic devices.

1. Connect your device's USB charging cable to the USB 5V/2.1A output port on the jump starter.
2. The jump starter will automatically begin charging your device.
3. The indicator lights will show the remaining battery level of the jump starter.

6. LED Flashlight Operation

The GE1500 includes a built-in LED flashlight with multiple modes for emergency situations.

1. Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the LED flashlight (Stable mode).
2. Press the power button once to switch to Strobe mode.
3. Press the power button again to switch to SOS mode.
4. Press the power button once more to turn off the flashlight.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your GOOLOO GE1500, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

• Device not turning on: Ensure the device is charged. Connect it to a power source using the USB-C cable.
• Vehicle not starting:
  • Check if the smart clamp indicator light is solid green. If not, re-check connections to the battery terminals.
  • Ensure the jump starter has sufficient charge (at least 50%).
  • The vehicle battery might be severely discharged or faulty. In such cases, the "BOOST" function on the smart clamp might be needed (refer to smart clamp manual for specific instructions).
  • Ensure the vehicle's engine size is within the GE1500's specifications (6.0L Gas / 4.0L Diesel).
• Smart clamp indicator light is red or flashing: This indicates a safety warning (e.g., reverse polarity, short circuit). Disconnect immediately and re-check connections.
• Device not charging external devices: Ensure the external device is properly connected and the jump starter has sufficient power.

9. Maintenance and Storage

• Keep the jump starter clean and dry. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.
• Store the device in its provided storage bag in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Recharge the jump starter every 3-6 months to prevent deep discharge and prolong battery life.
• Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the device.
