1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the HoMedics Portable Full Body Vibration Massager. This device is designed to provide effective, targeted, and full-body vibration massage, helping to soothe and rejuvenate tired muscles. PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USE.

4. Setup

4.1 Battery Installation

1. Locate the battery compartment on the massager handle.
2. Open the battery compartment cover.
3. Insert the two (2) AA batteries, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.2 Attaching Massage Heads

The massager comes with three interchangeable attachments for personalized comfort.

1. Select the desired massage attachment.
2. Align the attachment with the connection point at the end of the massager head.
3. Gently push and twist the attachment until it clicks securely into place.
4. To remove an attachment, twist it counter-clockwise and pull it off.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Powering On/Off and Intensity Control

The massager features a user-friendly slide switch for easy operation.

1. To turn the massager ON, slide the switch to either the 'Lo' (Low) or 'Hi' (High) position.
2. Select 'Lo' for a gentle, soothing massage or 'Hi' for a more intense, invigorating massage.
3. To turn the massager OFF, slide the switch back to the 'OFF' position.

5.2 Using the Massager

The HoMedics Portable Full Body Vibration Massager is designed for use on various body parts, offering both targeted and full-body relaxation.

• Hold the massager by its ergonomic easy-grip handle.
• Apply the vibrating head gently to the desired muscle area.
• Move the massager slowly over the area, applying light pressure.
• Do not use the massager for more than 20 minutes at a time. Allow the unit to cool down before prolonged use.
• Experiment with the different attachments to find the one that best suits your needs for various body parts.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Cleaning

• Ensure the massager is turned OFF and batteries are removed before cleaning.
• Wipe the unit with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, brushes, gasoline, kerosene, glass furniture polish, or paint thinner to clean the massager.
• Do not immerse the massager in water or any other liquid.

6.2 Storage

• Store the massager in a cool, dry place.
• Avoid contact with sharp edges or pointed objects which might cut or puncture the surface.
• If storing for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage.
