Cleaning
To clean the mouse, use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the surface or internal components.
Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding: Ensure the mouse is turned on and fully charged. Check the connection mode (2.4G or Bluetooth) and ensure it matches your device's connection. For 2.4G, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in. For Bluetooth, re-pair the device if necessary.
- Lagging or erratic movement: Ensure the mouse is within the effective range (up to 10 meters for 2.4G, standard Bluetooth range). Check for interference from other wireless devices. Try adjusting the DPI setting.
- Bluetooth pairing issues: Make sure your device's Bluetooth is enabled. Ensure the mouse is in pairing mode (rapidly flashing blue light). Remove any previous pairings of the mouse from your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
- LED lights not working: Check if the mouse is turned on. If the battery is low, the lights may not function correctly. Charge the mouse.
