1. Important Safeguards

2. Getting Started

3. Setup

Ensure the mixer is unplugged before inserting or removing any attachments.

1. Select Attachments: Choose the appropriate attachments for your task. Use beaters for general mixing, whisk for aerating, and dough hooks for kneading dough.
2. Insert Attachments: For beaters and dough hooks, insert the attachment with a collar into the larger hole on the mixer. Push firmly until it clicks into place.
3. Plug In: Once attachments are securely inserted, plug the mixer into a standard electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

Speed Control

The mixer features 5 speeds, allowing you to select the optimal setting for various mixing tasks. The controlled starting speed helps to minimize splattering and ingredient loss. Gradually increase the speed as needed for smooth mixing.

Turbo Boost Function

For tough mixing tasks or when you need an extra burst of power, press the Turbo Boost button. This instantly increases the mixer to its maximum speed.

Mixing Tips

• For best performance, always use the correct attachments and speed settings as outlined in the product manual.
• To avoid getting powder inside the unit, mix at speed 1 until dry and wet ingredients are combined, then increase as needed.
• The mixer is designed with a bowl rest, allowing it to sit upright on the edge of the bowl during pauses in mixing.

• Ejecting Attachments: When finished mixing, unplug the mixer and turn the speed wheel to '0'. Press the eject button to quickly release the attachments.
• Cleaning Attachments: All mixing attachments (beaters, dough hooks, whisk) are dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning. Alternatively, wash by hand in warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.

6. Storage

The hand mixer comes with a smartly designed XL storage case that uses the mixer itself as the snap-on cover. This keeps all accessories organized and prevents misplacement.

• Place all attachments (beaters, dough hooks, whisk) into the storage case.
• Coil the power cord neatly and place it inside the case.
• Position the hand mixer unit on top of the case, aligning the slots, and snap it into place to secure the lid.
