- Remove all packaging materials, stickers, and labels from the appliance.
- Wash the removable pot, frying basket, OilCleaner filter, and lid with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. These parts are dishwasher-safe.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
3.2 Placement and Oil Filling
- Place the deep fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the appliance.
- Insert the clean, dry removable pot into the main unit.
- Pour cooking oil into the pot. Ensure the oil level is between the MIN and MAX indicators inside the pot. The fryer has a 1.5-liter oil capacity.
- Place the OilCleaner filter at the bottom of the pot, if desired, to help keep the oil clean during frying.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Frying Process
- Ensure the appliance is properly assembled and filled with oil.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The power indicator light will illuminate.
- Turn the temperature control dial to your desired frying temperature (up to 190°C). The fryer will begin to heat the oil.
- While the oil is heating, prepare your food. Ensure food is dry to minimize splattering.

- Slowly lower the frying basket into the hot oil.

- Using the cool-touch handle, carefully lift the frying basket out of the oil and hook it onto the edge of the pot to allow excess oil to drain.
- Remove the fried food from the basket and place it on paper towels to absorb any remaining oil.
