3. Setup
- Unpack the Charger: Carefully remove the Moman Gimpro D-tap Charger and its power cable from the packaging.
- Connect to Power: Plug the AC power cord into the charger's input port. Then, insert the power plug into a standard wall outlet or a power strip.

- Initial Check: Upon connecting to power, the charger's LED indicator should briefly flash or illuminate green, indicating it is ready.
4. Operating Instructions
- Connect Battery: Plug the D-Tap connector of the charger into the D-Tap socket of your V-mount or gold mount battery. Ensure a secure connection.
- Monitor Charging Status:
- When the battery is charging, the LED indicator on the charger will glow red.
- Once the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator will turn green.
- Disconnect Battery: After the battery is fully charged (green LED), disconnect the D-Tap connector from the battery. Then, unplug the charger from the power outlet.
5. Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the charger. Do not use liquid cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the charger in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Handling: Avoid dropping the charger or subjecting it to strong impacts. Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the charger.
- Cable Care: Do not bend or crimp the cables excessively. Always pull by the plug, not the cable, when disconnecting.

Issue: Charger LED flashes or makes popping sound upon plugging in.
If the charger's LED flashes or you hear a popping sound immediately after plugging it into a power outlet, and the LED does not stabilize to a solid green (ready) or red (charging) state, this may indicate an internal issue with the charger or an unstable power supply.
