Integrated Handle and Locking Mechanism
The unit features an integrated handle for easy transport. This handle also serves as a locking mechanism for the lid. To lock the lid, ensure the handle is flipped back towards the rear of the unit. To unlock and open the lid, flip the handle forward.

Care and Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals. Ensure the unit is completely dry before plugging it back in.
- Condensation: In humid environments, condensation may form inside the cooler. Place a small absorbent cloth (e.g., Handi-Wipe or dish towel) on the bottom or top layer of items to absorb any drips.
- Ice Build-up: If ice builds up on the cooling mechanism (located in the lid), turn off the unit and allow the ice to melt naturally. Clean up any melted water before resuming operation. Regular checks for ice build-up are recommended.
- Storage: When not in use, store the cooler in a dry, cool place with the lid slightly ajar to prevent odors.
Troubleshooting Guide
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Unit not turning on. | No power, loose connection, power switch off. | Check power outlet/cigarette lighter. Ensure power cords are securely plugged in. Verify the COLD/HOT/OFF switch is in the correct position. |
| Not cooling/heating effectively. | Blocked vents, overloaded, ice build-up, ambient temperature too high/low. | Ensure vents are clear. Do not overfill. Check for and remove ice build-up. Pre-chill/pre-warm items before placing them in the unit. Performance may vary with extreme ambient temperatures. |
| Excessive noise from fan. | Fan obstruction, unit on uneven surface. | Check for any obstructions around the fan. Place the unit on a flat, stable surface. |
| Lid not closing securely. | Handle not in locked position, obstruction. | Ensure the integrated handle is flipped back to engage the lock. Check for any items preventing the lid from closing properly. |
