4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Loading Weight Plates

4.2 Adjusting the Machine

- Push your legs outwards against the pads, contracting your outer thigh and glute muscles.
- Control the return movement to the starting position.
4.4 Performing Hip Adduction
To perform hip adduction (targeting inner thighs):
- Sit on the machine with your back against the backrest.
- Position your inner thighs against the rotatable pads.
- Adjust the starting position using the gear system if necessary.
- Grasp the rubber-coated hand grips for stability.
- Bring your legs inwards, squeezing the pads together and contracting your inner thigh muscles.
- Control the return movement to the starting position.

5. Maintenance
