These headphones are designed to provide a high-quality audio experience with extended battery life, multiple EQ modes, and universal compatibility. This manual will guide you through the setup, operation, and maintenance of your new headphones.

Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your headphones. The average charging time is 1.5 hours.

  1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the USB-C port on the headphones.
  2. Connect the other end of the USB cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
  3. The LED indicator will show charging status and turn off or change color when fully charged.

A full charge provides up to 70 hours of wireless playtime. The headphones also support fast charging, providing approximately 3 hours of playtime from a 10-minute charge.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your headphones wirelessly to a device:

  1. Ensure the headphones are charged and powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button until the LED indicator flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, PC, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "PowerLocus Orion" from the list of found devices.
  5. Once connected, the LED indicator will show a steady blue light or flash slowly.

The headphones will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.

3. Wired Connection

For a wired connection or when the battery is depleted:

  1. Connect one end of the provided 3.5mm audio cable to the audio jack on the headphones.
  2. Connect the other end of the 3.5mm audio cable to your audio source's headphone jack.
  3. The headphones will function as passive wired headphones. Note that some controls may not be active in wired mode.

The headphones support multi-point connection, allowing you to connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously. This enables seamless switching between audio sources, for example, from a laptop to a phone call.

  1. Pair the headphones with the first device as described in the Bluetooth Pairing section.
  2. Disable Bluetooth on the first device. The headphones will re-enter pairing mode.
  3. Pair the headphones with the second device.
  4. Re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The headphones should now be connected to both devices.

Maintenance

Troubleshooting

Headphones do not power onEnsure the headphones are fully charged. Connect to a power source using the USB-C cable.
Cannot pair via BluetoothEnsure headphones are in pairing mode (LED flashing blue/red). Disable and re-enable Bluetooth on your device. Move headphones closer to the device. Forget the device in your Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
No sound or low volumeCheck volume levels on both headphones and the connected device. Ensure the headphones are properly paired or the 3.5mm cable is securely connected. Try a different audio source.
Microphone not workingEnsure the headphones are connected via Bluetooth. Check microphone settings on your device to ensure the headphone microphone is selected.
