Setup
- Direct Connection: Connect the integrated USB-C cable from the StayGo Mini hub directly to your compatible USB-C device (tablet, laptop, or MacBook).
- Extended Connection: Alternatively, use the included 0.5-meter desktop USB-C cable to connect the hub to your device. This allows for flexible placement, keeping the hub and connected cables out of sight and decluttering your workspace.
- Power On: The device is Plug & Play and does not require any software, drivers, or installation. Once connected, it should be ready for use.

Port Functions
- 4K HDMI Port: Connect an external display (monitor, TV, projector) using an HDMI cable for video output up to 4K resolution.
- Dual USB-A Ports (with BC 1.2): Use these ports for connecting USB-A external hard drives, flash drives, keyboards, mice, or other peripherals. BC 1.2 provides up to 7.5 Watts for faster charging of compatible devices.
- USB-C Port (100W PD): This port is dedicated for Power Delivery (charging) only. Connect a USB-C power adapter to this port to provide up to 100W pass-through charging for your host device. This port does not support data transfer.
- 3.5mm Audio Jack: Connect headphones or external speakers for audio output.

Maintenance
The matte black aluminum shell is designed to dissipate heat. It is normal for the hub to become warm (up to 122°F) when it is fully loaded or connected to a Power Delivery (PD) adapter.
Keep the device clean and free from dust. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself.
Troubleshooting
- No Display Output via HDMI: Ensure your host device supports media display via its USB-C port. Verify that you are using a compatible USB-C to HDMI/DP/Mini DP/VGA cable if an adapter is needed.
- USB-A or USB-C Data Port Not Charging: The USB-A ports and the dedicated USB-C data port (if applicable) do not support charging. Only the USB-C PD port is designed for charging the host device.
- Device Not Recognized: Ensure the USB-C connection to your host device is secure. Try disconnecting and reconnecting the hub. If the issue persists, try connecting the hub to a different USB-C port on your device or a different compatible device to isolate the problem.
