Setup

1. Connecting to Your Device

The Xbox Stereo Headset connects directly to your compatible device via a 3.5mm audio jack. No batteries are required for operation.

1. Locate the 3.5mm audio jack on your Xbox Wireless Controller or Windows PC.
2. Plug the 3.5mm cable from the headset firmly into the audio jack.

2. Initial Configuration (Xbox)

Once connected to an Xbox console, your device should automatically recognize the headset. For advanced customization, use the Xbox Accessories app.

• Access the Xbox Accessories app on your console.
• Within the app, you can adjust settings such as the equalizer (EQ) for game audio, mic light, mic monitoring, and how incoming Bluetooth calls affect game audio.

Operating the Headset

1. Volume Control

Adjust the audio volume by rotating the dial on the right earcup.

2. Microphone Mute

To mute or unmute your microphone, press the button located on the microphone boom. An LED indicator on the microphone will illuminate when active.

3. Adjustable Microphone

Microphone Not Working

• Ensure the microphone is not muted (check the LED indicator on the mic boom).
• Check microphone input settings in your Xbox Accessories app or Windows sound settings.
• Ensure the microphone is positioned correctly for voice capture.

Sound Quality Issues

• Adjust equalizer settings in the Xbox Accessories app to fine-tune audio output.
