Setup Guide

1. Physical Installation

The camera is designed for outdoor use and can be wall-mounted. Ensure the installation location has a stable 2.4GHz WiFi signal and a power outlet nearby. The camera requires continuous power supply.

  • Choose a suitable mounting location, preferably under an overhang to provide some protection from direct elements, though the camera is IP66 rated.
  • Use the provided mounting template (if included) or mark the drill holes based on the camera's base.
  • Drill holes and insert wall anchors if mounting on masonry or drywall.
  • Secure the camera base to the wall using the provided screws.
  • Connect the power adapter to the camera's power port. Ensure the connection is secure and protected from moisture.
  • If using a wired connection, connect an Ethernet cable to the network port.

2. App Installation and Initial Setup

The camera primarily uses the "iCSee" app for setup and control. It also supports Alexa integration.

1. Pan and Tilt Control

Use the iCSee app to remotely control the camera's pan (horizontal) and tilt (vertical) movements to monitor different areas.
