Setup Guide

Follow these steps to set up your Fire TV Cube:

  1. Connect the Fire TV Cube: Plug the power adapter into the Fire TV Cube and then into a power outlet.
  2. Connect to TV: Connect the Fire TV Cube to an available HDMI input on your television using an HDMI cable (not included). For 4K viewing, use a high-speed HDMI cable rated 18Gbps or higher.
  3. Optional: Connect other devices: If you wish to control other devices like a cable box or game console through the Fire TV Cube, connect them to the HDMI input port on the Fire TV Cube.
  4. Power On: Turn on your television and select the correct HDMI input.
  5. Pair Remote: Insert the included AAA batteries into the Alexa Voice Remote. The remote should automatically pair with your Fire TV Cube. If not, press and hold the Home button for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on the remote flashes blue.
  6. Network Connection: Follow the on-screen instructions to connect your Fire TV Cube to your Wi-Fi network. For Wi-Fi 6E support, ensure your router is Wi-Fi 6E compatible and you connect to the 6 GHz band using WPA3 encryption. Alternatively, you can connect via the built-in Ethernet port (10/100Mbps).
  7. Amazon Account: Sign in with your Amazon account. If you don't have one, you will be prompted to create one.
  8. Complete Setup: Follow the remaining on-screen prompts to customize settings, install apps, and set up voice control for your TV and other compatible devices.
