Introduction

Setup

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all items from the packaging. Ensure all accessories listed in the 'What's in the Box' section are present.
2. Prepare Mommy Dog: The mommy dog figure has a special compartment for the puppies. Gently open the dog's belly by pushing its hind legs apart.
3. Insert Puppies: Place the three puppy figures inside the mommy dog's belly compartment. Close the compartment by bringing the hind legs back together.

Operating Instructions

Puppy Birthing Feature

To help the mommy dog deliver her puppies, simply press down on her back. The puppies will emerge from the belly compartment, simulating birth. This action can be repeated as desired.

Color-Change Feature

The three newborn puppies have a special color-change feature. To reveal unique birthmarks on each puppy, fill the paw-shaped pool/tub with ice-cold water. Dip the included towel into the cold water and gently swipe it over the puppies. A heart, star, or other unique mark will appear on each puppy. The marks will disappear as the puppies return to room temperature, allowing for repeated play.

Using Accessories

• Puppy Carrier: The purple puppy carrier can hold all three puppies. Barbie can wear the carrier on her back, allowing her to take her new pets on adventures.
• Feeding & Grooming: Use the bottle to 'feed' the puppies, and the brush to 'groom' them. The dog food bag and bowl are perfect for imaginative feeding scenarios.
• Playtime: The included dog bones and rope toy provide additional play opportunities for the puppies and mommy dog.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the Barbie doll, dog figure, and accessories with a damp cloth as needed. Do not submerge the doll or dog figure in water, except for the specific color-change feature on the puppies.
• Storage: Store the playset and its components in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent damage and discoloration.
• Hair Care: Barbie's hair can be gently brushed with a soft brush. Avoid using heat styling tools.

Troubleshooting

• Puppies not emerging from dog: Ensure the puppies are correctly placed inside the belly compartment and that the dog's hind legs are fully closed before pressing down on its back.
• Color-change feature not working: Verify that the water used is genuinely ice-cold. The effect is temperature-sensitive and may not work with lukewarm or warm water.
• Accessories lost: Keep all small accessories in the puppy carrier or a designated storage container to prevent misplacement.
