Setup

Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your OpenMove headphones. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and plug the other end into a compatible USB power source. A full charge takes approximately 2 hours.

Pairing with a Device

1. Ensure your OpenMove headphones are powered off.
2. Press and hold the power/volume+ button for 5-7 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and blue, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
4. Select "OpenMove by SHOKZ" from the list of found devices.
5. Once connected, the LED indicator will flash blue once, and a voice prompt will confirm "Connected."

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off

• Power On: Press and hold the power/volume+ button for 2 seconds until the LED indicator flashes blue and a voice prompt says "Welcome to Shokz."
• Power Off: Press and hold the power/volume+ button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator flashes red and a voice prompt says "Power off."

Volume Control

• Volume Up: Press the volume+ button.
• Volume Down: Press the volume- button.

Call Management

• Answer/End Call: Press the multifunction button once.
• Reject Call: Press and hold the multifunction button for 2 seconds.

Music Playback

• Play/Pause: Press the multifunction button once.
• Next Song: Double-press the multifunction button.
• Previous Song: Triple-press the multifunction button.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe the headphones with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
• Drying: Ensure the charging port is completely dry before charging to prevent damage.
• Storage: Store the headphones in their protective case in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting

• No Sound: Check the volume level on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are properly paired and within Bluetooth range.
• Cannot Pair: Make sure the headphones are in pairing mode (flashing red and blue LED). Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device, or restart your device.
• Charging Issues: Verify the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the headphones and the power source. Ensure the charging port is dry and free of debris. Try a different charging cable or power adapter.
• Poor Sound Quality: Ensure the transducers are positioned correctly on your cheekbones. Adjust the volume. Check for interference from other wireless devices.
