3. Setup Instructions

6. Troubleshooting

6.1. No Video Signal

• Ensure all cables (RCA/S-Video and USB) are securely connected.

• Confirm that the drivers are correctly installed. Reinstall if necessary.

6.2. No Audio Signal

• Ensure the red and white RCA audio cables are correctly connected to both the source and the capture card.
• Check your computer's audio settings and the capture software's audio input settings.
• Verify that the audio is playing from your analog source device.

6.3. Software Not Recognizing Device (Mac OS Specific)
