Introduction
The SECRUI KR-TH1 is an indoor hygrometer and thermometer designed to accurately measure and display the temperature and humidity levels in your environment. Setup
1. Battery Installation
- Locate the battery compartment cover on the back of the device.
- Remove the cover by sliding or gently prying it open.
- Insert one (1) AAA battery, ensuring the correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Replace the battery compartment cover.
- The device will power on automatically and begin displaying readings.
2. Mounting Options
The SECRUI KR-TH1 offers multiple ways to place it in your desired location:
- Durable Stand: Utilize the integrated pull-out stand on the back to place the device upright on any flat surface, such as a table or desk.
- Hanging Hold: Use the hanging hole on the back to mount the device on a wall nail or screw.
- Strong Magnet: The device features a built-in magnet, allowing it to be securely attached to metallic surfaces like refrigerators.

Operating Instructions
1. Display Overview
The large LCD display provides clear readings of current conditions and historical data:
- Current Temperature: Displays the real-time temperature.
- Current Humidity: Displays the real-time humidity percentage.
- Min/Max Temperature: Shows the lowest and highest temperatures recorded since the last reset.
- Min/Max Humidity: Shows the lowest and highest humidity percentages recorded since the last reset.
- Comfort Level Indicator: An icon (face) indicating the current air comfort level.

2. Comfort Level Indicator
The device features a face icon that visually represents the indoor air comfort level based on temperature and humidity:
- DRY: Indicates humidity is below 30%.
- COMFORT: Indicates humidity is between 40% and 70%, and temperature is between 20°C and 26°C.
- WET: Indicates humidity is above 70%.

3. Switching Temperature Units (°C/°F)
To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F), locate the small button on the back of the device, usually near the battery compartment. Press this button once to toggle the temperature unit.
4. Resetting High/Low Records
The device automatically records the highest and lowest temperature and humidity values over a 24-hour rolling period. To manually reset these records, press and hold the button on the back of the device for approximately 3 seconds. The high and low records will clear and begin tracking new values.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.
- Battery Replacement: When the display dims or readings become inconsistent, replace the AAA battery as described in the "Battery Installation" section.
- Storage: If storing the device for an extended period, remove the battery to prevent leakage and damage. Store in a cool, dry place.
Troubleshooting
- No Display or Dim Display:
Check battery polarity. Replace the AAA battery if it is low or depleted.
- Inaccurate Readings:
Ensure the device is placed in a stable environment, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, or drafts that could affect readings. Allow 10-15 minutes for readings to stabilize after initial setup or relocation.
- High/Low Records Not Resetting:
Ensure you are pressing and holding the reset button for the required duration (approximately 3 seconds).
