Setup Guide
1. Unboxing and Initial Inspection
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all items listed in the package contents are present. The package typically includes the MS50A speaker and its power cable.

2. Power Connection
Connect the power cable to the speaker's power input port located at the bottom. Plug the other end of the power cable into a standard wall outlet. The speaker will power on automatically.
3. Wi-Fi Setup (Edifier Home App)
- Download the "Edifier Home" app from your device's app store (available for iOS and Android).
- Open the Edifier Home app. The app will automatically detect the MS50A speaker.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to connect the speaker to your home Wi-Fi network. Ensure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you intend to use for the speaker.
- Once connected, you can rename the speaker based on its location (e.g., "Living Room Speaker," "Kitchen Speaker").

4. Bluetooth Pairing
To pair via Bluetooth, press the Bluetooth button on the speaker's top panel until the indicator light flashes. On your device (phone, tablet, laptop), go to Bluetooth settings and select "EDIFIER MS50A" from the list of available devices. The indicator light will turn solid blue once connected.
5. Multi-Room and Stereo Pairing
The MS50A supports multi-room audio and stereo pairing over Wi-Fi. You can group two or more MS50A speakers to enable multi-room or whole-home music playback via AirPlay 2 or Alexa. For a true stereo experience, you can pair two MS50A units together within the Edifier Home app, assigning one as the left channel and the other as the right.

Operating Instructions
1. Basic Controls (Top Panel)
The MS50A features intuitive touch controls on its top panel:
- Power Button: Press to turn on/off.
- Volume Control: Rotate the outer ring clockwise to increase volume, counter-clockwise to decrease.
- Play/Pause: Tap the play/pause icon to control playback.
- Track Skip: Use the left/right arrows to skip tracks.
- Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Mode: Press the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth icon to switch between modes.

2. App Control (Edifier Home)
The Edifier Home app provides comprehensive control over your speaker, including volume adjustment, playback control, input selection, and multi-room management. You can also access detailed speaker information and update firmware through the app.
3. Voice Control (Alexa)
Since the MS50A works with Alexa (without a built-in microphone for privacy), you can use an existing Alexa-enabled device (like an Echo Dot) to control your speaker. Link your Edifier speaker to your Amazon account via the Alexa app. Once linked, you can use voice commands like "Alexa, play music on Kitchen Speaker" to control playback.

4. Streaming Services
The MS50A supports direct streaming from popular services:
- Apple AirPlay 2: Play directly from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
- Spotify Connect: Control music playback directly from the Spotify app.
