3. Setup
3.1 Battery Installation
The WOSODA G300-12 Trail Camera is powered by 8 AA batteries (not included). For optimal performance and battery life, it is recommended to use high-quality alkaline or rechargeable AA batteries.
- Open the camera's battery compartment.
- Insert 8 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity (+/-) as indicated inside the compartment.
- Close the battery compartment securely to maintain the camera's waterproof seal.
3.2 SD Card Installation
A Micro SD card (up to 32GB capacity, not included) is required to store photos and videos.
- Locate the SD card slot on the side of the camera.
- Insert the Micro SD card with the metal contacts facing the back of the camera until it clicks into place.
- To remove, push the card in until it clicks, then release. The card will eject slightly.
- It is recommended to format the SD card using the camera's menu before first use.

The camera can be mounted using the included nylon strap or wall mount.
- Strap Mounting: Thread the nylon strap through the slots on the back of the camera and secure it around a tree or pole.

In 'TEST' mode, press the 'OK' button to enter playback. Use the 'up' and 'down' buttons to scroll through media. Press 'right' to play videos. Press 'M' to delete selected media.
