5. Setup
- Placement: Place the massager on a flat, stable surface.
- Power Connection: Insert the power cord into the massager's power input, then plug the other end into a standard electrical outlet.
- Adjust Support Bar: If needed, press the buttons on both sides of the handle to adjust the support bar to your desired angle for comfortable use with feet, calves, or arms.
