4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Dimensions and Cut-out

The hob requires a specific cut-out in the countertop for proper fitting and ventilation. Refer to the diagram below for precise measurements.

4.2 Electrical Connection

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Control Panel Overview

5.2 Powering On/Off

  1. Touch the Power Button (①) to turn on the hob. The display will show '0' for each zone.
  2. To turn off, touch the Power Button (①) again.

5.3 Adjusting Power Levels

  1. Turn on the hob.
  2. Select the desired cooking zone by touching its corresponding zone selection button.
  3. Use the ⊕ and ⊖ buttons to adjust the power level from 1 (low) to 9 (high).

5.4 Using the Timer

  1. With a cooking zone active, touch the Timer Button (②).
  2. Use the ⊕ and ⊖ buttons to set the desired cooking time (up to 99 minutes).
  3. The timer will count down and automatically switch off the selected cooking zone when finished.

5.5 Activating Child Lock

  1. To activate, touch and hold the Child Lock Button (⑧) for a few seconds. An indicator will appear.
  2. To deactivate, touch and hold the Child Lock Button (⑧) again until the indicator disappears.

5.6 Residual Heat Indicator

After a cooking zone is switched off, an 'H' will appear in its display if the surface is still hot. Do not touch the surface while 'H' is displayed.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your hob, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
