Troubleshooting Guide
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Bread does not rise. | Expired yeast, incorrect water temperature, too much salt, or incorrect program. | Check yeast expiration date. Use lukewarm water (around 40°C/105°F). Ensure salt and yeast are not in direct contact initially. Select appropriate program. |
| Bread is too dense. | Too much flour, too little liquid, or insufficient kneading. | Measure ingredients precisely. Ensure correct liquid-to-flour ratio. |
| Bread pan sticks. | Damage to non-stick coating or residue buildup. | Ensure pan is clean before use. Avoid metal utensils. If coating is damaged, consider replacement. |
| Kneading paddle stuck in bread. | Common occurrence. | Use the provided hook to carefully remove the paddle after the bread has cooled slightly. |
| Appliance does not turn on. | Not plugged in, power outage, or faulty outlet. | Check power cord connection. Test outlet with another appliance. |
