Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause / Solution |
|---|---|
| Clock display is off or flickering. | Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the clock and the power outlet. Check if the display brightness is set to 'Off' (short press SNOOZE/LIGHT button to adjust). |
| Projection is unclear or blurry. | Adjust the focus ring around the projector lens. Ensure the projection surface is within the optimal range (up to 5 meters). |
| Alarm does not sound. | Verify that the alarm is activated (AL1 or AL2 icon visible on display). Check the alarm volume setting. Ensure the alarm time is correctly set. |
| FM radio reception is poor. | Extend and adjust the position of the radio antenna. Try auto-scanning for stations again. Move the clock away from other electronic devices that may cause interference. |
| Time/settings reset after power outage. | The CR2032 memory battery may be depleted. Replace it with a new CR2032 battery. |
| USB charging port not working. | Ensure the clock is powered by the adapter. Check the USB cable and the device being charged. The USB port is for charging only, not data transfer. |
