3. Product Overview
The ACEFAST E1 charging stand is constructed from high-quality aluminum alloy, ABS, and PC materials, ensuring durability and a premium feel. It features a magnetic charging area for smartphones and a base charging area for earbuds, along with an additional USB-A port for wired charging.

4. Setup
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the USB-C input port on the back of the charging stand.
- Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into a QC3.0 compatible charging adapter (not included). For optimal fast charging performance, a QC3.0 adapter capable of supplying 9V/2A is recommended.
- Upon successful power connection, the indicator light on the base will briefly turn green, then blue, and the magnetic area's circle light will turn blue. The lights will turn off if no device is placed on the charger.

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Magnetic Wireless Charging (Phone)
- Place your iPhone 12/13 series device (or a MagSafe-compatible phone case) onto the magnetic charging area. The strong magnet will align the phone precisely and hold it securely.
- The stand supports up to 15W fast wireless charging for compatible devices.
- You can charge your phone in either portrait (vertical) or landscape (horizontal) orientation for convenient viewing of messages, video calls, or media.
- For optimal magnetic connection, use a MagSafe protective case. Non-magnetic cases may reduce magnetic strength.

5.2 Earbuds Wireless Charging
- Place your AirPods (3rd/2nd generation/Pro) or other Qi-certified earbuds on the designated charging area on the base of the stand.
- This area provides 3W wireless charging.

5.3 Extra USB-A Port Charging
- An additional USB-A port is located on the back of the stand's base. You can use this port to charge another device (e.g., a smartwatch, another phone) via a USB-A cable (not included).
- The USB-A port provides an output of 5V/1A.

5.4 LED Indicator
- Power Connected: Indicator light on base turns green then blue. Magnetic area's circle light turns blue.
- Charging Devices: Indicator light turns blue when devices are placed for charging.
- Fully Charged: Indicator light turns off when devices are fully charged.
- Error Indication: Light will flash (green & blue) if over-voltage, high temperature, or foreign object detection occurs.

- Base Wireless Charging: AirPods Pro, AirPods 3rd Gen, AirPods 2nd Gen, Galaxy Buds, Liberty Air Series, or other Qi-certified phones/earbuds.

7. Safety Information
The ACEFAST E1 charging stand is certified by CE, FCC, and ROHS, ensuring adherence to safety standards. It incorporates multiple protection mechanisms:

These features prevent over-charging damage to device batteries. The base is equipped with heat dissipation holes to maintain safe operating temperatures during charging.

9. Troubleshooting
- Device not charging:
- Ensure the charging stand is properly connected to a QC3.0 power adapter.
- Verify that your device is correctly placed on the charging area. For magnetic charging, ensure your phone or case is MagSafe-compatible.
- Remove any metallic objects or foreign materials between the device and the charging surface.
- Check if your phone case is too thick (max 6mm/0.24'') or contains non-magnetic materials that might interfere with charging.
- Slow charging:
- Confirm that you are using a QC3.0 power adapter (9V/2A output recommended) for optimal fast charging speeds.
- Ensure no other devices are drawing excessive power from the USB-A port simultaneously, which might affect wireless charging speeds.
- LED indicator flashing green & blue:
- This indicates an error such as over-voltage, high temperature, or foreign object detection. Remove the device and check for any obstructions or excessive heat. Disconnect and reconnect the power if the issue persists.
10. Maintenance
- Keep the charging stand away from water and other liquids.
- Do not disassemble the product.
- Avoid extreme temperatures.
- Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use corrosive cleaners.
