2. Setup Guide
2.1. Unboxing and Initial Placement
Carefully remove the projector and all accessories from the packaging. Place the projector on a stable, flat surface. Ensure adequate ventilation around the device.

2.2. Installation Options
The NexiGo PJ20 offers flexible installation to suit your environment:
- Desktop Mount: Place the projector on a table or stand.
- Ceiling Mount: Secure the projector to the ceiling using a compatible mount (not included).
- Wall Mount: Install on a wall shelf or bracket (not included).

2.3. Focus and Keystone Correction
Adjust the focus to achieve a clear image. Use the keystone correction feature to correct distorted images (trapezoid effect) when the projector is not perfectly perpendicular to the screen. The PJ20 supports vertical keystone correction.

3.1. Connectivity Options

Note: Due to copyright protections, streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and Hulu do not support direct screen mirroring. For these services, use a compatible streaming stick (e.g., TV Stick) connected via HDMI.

3.3. Bluetooth Audio
Connect external speakers or headphones via Bluetooth 5.1 for an enhanced audio experience. The built-in speaker features Dolby Audio for lifelike sound.

5. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your NexiGo PJ20 Projector, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
- No Image or Signal:
- Ensure all cables (HDMI, AV) are securely connected to both the projector and the source device.
- Verify that the correct input source is selected on the projector (e.g., HDMI1, HDMI2, AV).
- Check if the source device is powered on and outputting a signal.
- Blurry Image:
- Adjust the focus ring on the projector lens until the image is sharp.
- Ensure the projection surface is flat and smooth.
- Distorted Image (Trapezoid Effect):
- Use the keystone correction feature to adjust the image geometry. The PJ20 supports vertical keystone correction.
- Position the projector as perpendicular to the screen as possible for best results.
- No Sound:
- Check the volume level on both the projector and the source device.
- If using external speakers, ensure they are properly connected via Bluetooth or the 3.5mm audio jack.
- Confirm that the audio output settings on your source device are correctly configured.
- Wireless Screen Mirroring Issues:
- Ensure both the projector and your mobile device are connected to the same 5GHz Wi-Fi network.
- Restart both devices and try connecting again.
- Remember that some streaming apps (e.g., Netflix, Prime Video) do not support screen mirroring due to copyright restrictions.
