5. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Before first use, wash the removable stainless steel grinding bowl and the transparent lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth.
3. Placement: Place the grinder on a stable, flat, and dry surface.

6. Operating Instructions

1. Insert Grinding Bowl: Place the clean, dry stainless steel grinding bowl into the motor base unit. Ensure it is seated correctly.
2. Add Ingredients: Add the desired amount of coffee beans, herbs, or dry spices into the grinding bowl. Do not exceed the 'MAX' fill line indicated inside the bowl.
3. Secure Lid: Place the transparent lid onto the grinding bowl. Rotate the lid clockwise until it securely locks into place. The grinder will not operate if the lid is not properly locked, serving as a safety feature.
4. Select Grind Time: Rotate the timing knob on the front of the grinder to select your desired grinding duration. The knob features settings from 5 to 30 seconds, corresponding to different fineness levels (coarse to fine).
5. Start Grinding: Press the start button once. The grinder will begin operation and automatically stop after the selected time has elapsed. You do not need to hold the button down.
6. Remove Grounds: Once the grinder stops, unlock and remove the transparent lid, then carefully lift out the grinding bowl.
7. Serve: Use the included cleaning brush/spoon to transfer the freshly ground ingredients from the bowl.
