2. Product Overview
The TCL Breeva A3 Smart Air Purifier is designed to provide cleaner, fresher air in your home. It features a 5-stage filtration system to effectively remove dust, pollen, odors, and other airborne particles.

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the air purifier from its packaging.
- Remove all packaging materials, including any protective films or tapes.
- Ensure all components are present: main unit, power adapter, and filter (pre-installed).
3.2 Filter Installation (if not pre-installed)
- Turn the air purifier upside down.
- Twist the base counter-clockwise to unlock and remove it.
- Remove the sealed filter from its plastic bag.
- Insert the filter into the base, ensuring it is seated correctly.
- Replace the base and twist clockwise to lock it securely.
3.3 Placement
Place the air purifier on a flat, stable surface in the room where you wish to purify the air. For optimal performance, ensure there is at least 6 inches (15 cm) of space around all sides of the unit for proper air circulation.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power On/Off
Plug the power adapter into a wall outlet and connect it to the air purifier. Press the Power button (⑁) on the top panel to turn the unit on or off.
4.2 Mode Selection
- Auto Shield Mode: Press the Auto button (⑂) to activate. The purifier will automatically detect air quality and adjust fan speed.
- Manual Fan Speed: Press the Fan Speed button (⑃) repeatedly to cycle through low, medium, and high speeds.
- Sleep Mode: Press the Sleep button (⑄) for ultra-quiet operation (26dB) and dim panel lights.
- Timer: Set a timer for 2, 4, or 8 hours using the Timer button (⑅).
- UV-C: Toggle the UV-C sterilization function on/off using the UV-C button (⑆).
- Anion: Toggle the Anion function on/off using the Anion button (⑇).
- Child Lock: Press and hold the Child Lock button (⑈) to disable the control panel.
- Ambient Light: Turn the ambient light on/off using the Light button (⑉).

4.3 App & Voice Control
Download the TCL Home app from your smartphone's app store. Follow the in-app instructions to connect your Breeva A3. Once connected, you can control the purifier remotely, change modes, adjust fan speeds, and check air quality. The device is also compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for voice commands.

4.4 Sleep Mode
Activate Sleep mode for quiet operation, ideal for bedrooms. In this mode, the fan speed is reduced, and the panel lights can be turned off to ensure an undisturbed sleep environment. The noise level is approximately 26 decibels.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Filter Replacement
The filter life is typically 3-6 months, depending on usage and air quality. The unit has a built-in filter replacement reminder. When the filter indicator light illuminates, it's time to replace the filter.
- Unplug the air purifier from the power outlet.
- Turn the unit upside down and twist the base counter-clockwise to remove it.
- Remove the old filter and dispose of it properly.
- Unpack the new filter and insert it into the base.
- Replace the base and twist clockwise to lock it.
- Plug in the air purifier. Press and hold the Filter Reset button (usually the Filter Replacement Reminder icon on the control panel) for 3-5 seconds until the light turns off, indicating the reset is complete.
5.2 Cleaning
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Pre-filter: The pre-filter can be gently vacuumed to remove large dust particles and pet hair between replacements.
- Sensors: Periodically clean the air quality sensors (located on the side or back of the unit) with a dry cotton swab to ensure accurate readings.
6. Troubleshooting
