1. Setup

1.1 What's Included

Your TCL A30 package should contain the following items:

Note: Headphones, SIM card, and SD card are not included and must be purchased separately.

1.2 Battery Installation

The battery is not pre-installed. Follow these steps to install the battery:

  1. Ensure the phone is powered off.
  2. Locate the indentation on the bottom left corner of the phone's back cover.
  3. Hold the phone firmly and gently push the case through the indentation to remove the back cover.
  4. Insert the battery into the designated compartment, ensuring the gold contacts align.
  5. Replace the back cover by aligning it with the phone's edges and pressing firmly until it clicks into place.

1.3 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your TCL A30. Connect the Micro USB cable to the phone's charging port and the other end to the provided charger. Plug the charger into a power outlet. The battery indicator on the screen will show charging status.

2.1 Basic Navigation

The TCL A30 features a responsive 5.5-inch HD+ touchscreen display. Navigate by tapping, swiping, and pinching. The physical buttons on the side control power and volume.
