1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation of your ICECO VL45 ProS Portable Refrigerator. The VL45 ProS is a 47.5-quart (45-liter) portable refrigerator/freezer equipped with a SECOP compressor, designed for use in various environments including RVs, SUVs, trucks, and boats. 2. Safety Instructions

• Ensure proper ventilation around the unit. Do not block air vents.
• Do not operate the unit if the power cord is damaged.
• Keep the unit away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Temperature Control

The VL45 ProS offers a cooling range from 0°F to 50°F (-18°C to 10°C). Use the control panel on the unit to set your desired temperature. The unit will automatically adjust to maintain the set temperature.

4.2 MAX and ECO Modes

• MAX Mode: Provides rapid cooling for quick temperature reduction.
• ECO Mode: Optimizes energy consumption for extended operation, ideal for battery-powered use.

4.3 Battery Protection

The unit features L/M/H (Low/Medium/High) 3-level battery protection to prevent your vehicle's battery from running out of power. Select the appropriate level based on your battery type and usage scenario.

4.4 App Connectivity

The VL45 ProS can be controlled and monitored remotely via a dedicated mobile application. Download the ICECO app from your device's app store and follow the in-app instructions for pairing and operation.

4.5 Internal LED Light

The refrigerator is equipped with an internal LED light for improved visibility of contents, especially in low-light conditions.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

Regularly clean the interior and exterior of the refrigerator. Use a soft cloth with mild detergent and water. Ensure the unit is unplugged before cleaning. The integrated drain hole facilitates easy cleaning and water removal.

5.2 Ventilation

Ensure the ventilation grilles on the unit are kept clear of obstructions to allow for proper airflow and efficient operation of the SECOP compressor.

5.4 Protective Cover

6. Troubleshooting

• Unit not turning on: Check power connections (AC/DC), ensure the power source is active, and verify the battery protection setting is not too high for the current battery voltage.
• Insufficient cooling: Ensure the lid is properly closed. Check for obstructions around the ventilation grilles. Verify the temperature setting is appropriate. Allow sufficient time for the unit to reach the desired temperature, especially in MAX mode.
• Unusual noise: A slight humming sound from the compressor is normal. If you hear loud or unusual noises, ensure the unit is on a stable, level surface and not tilted excessively (it can operate stably up to a 40° tilt).
• App connectivity issues: Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device and the refrigerator is powered on. Try restarting both the app and the refrigerator.
