Installation Guide
The iulock electronic door knob is designed for easy installation, typically requiring only a screwdriver and approximately 20 minutes. It is a direct replacement for standard door knobs and fits both left and right-handed doors. Ensure your door thickness is between 1-3/8 Inch to 2-1/2 Inch.

Operating Instructions
Keyless Entry and Code Management
The keypad allows you to program up to 50 unique user access codes and 1 master code. Codes can range from 4 to 15 digits in length and are easily programmed directly on the backlit keypad.

- Password Disguise: For added security, you can enter random digits before or after your correct access code. The lock will still recognize the correct sequence within the longer entry.
- Silent Mode: Enable or disable beeping sounds during operation for quiet entry/exit.
- Passage Mode: This mode allows the door to remain unlocked for continuous access. There are two types: Easy passage mode (√5√master code√) for easy return to auto-lock, and Advanced passage mode (√0√master code√1√) for extended periods without auto-lock. To exit Advanced passage mode, enter [master code√].

Auto-Lock Feature
For peace of mind and enhanced security, the lock automatically re-locks itself approximately 4 seconds after being opened. This ensures the door is always secured behind you.
Manual Key Access
In addition to keyless entry, the door knob includes two traditional keys (KW type) for manual access. These keys serve as a reliable backup in case of battery depletion or if preferred for entry.

Battery Management
The iulock door knob operates on 4 AA batteries (not included). These batteries are designed to last for more than 2 years under normal usage. The lock features a low battery warning system, alerting you approximately 2 months in advance when batteries need replacement.

In the event of complete battery depletion, a Type-C USB backup port is available (cable not included) to provide temporary power for emergency access. Simply connect a Type-C USB cable to the port and enter your code.
