Setup Instructions
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the wireless charger pad.
- Plug the other end of the USB-C cable into the PD 3.0 Adapter.
- Insert the PD 3.0 Adapter into a wall outlet. The charger is now ready for use.
Simply connect the charger to the included wall adapter and place your device on the pad to begin charging.

To charge your device, simply place it centrally on the NANAMI wireless charging pad. The advanced LED indicator will illuminate for 10 seconds upon placing your device, then turn off to ensure an undisturbed environment, especially during sleep. Ensure your device is properly aligned for optimal charging efficiency.

Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues with your wireless charger, please refer to the following common solutions:
- Device not charging: Ensure your device is Qi-enabled and placed centrally on the charging pad. Check that the power adapter is securely plugged into both the wall outlet and the charging pad.
- Slow charging: Verify that you are using the included PD 3.0 adapter and cable. Ensure there are no metal objects or overly thick cases (over 0.2 inches) interfering with the connection.
- LED indicator behavior: The LED indicator will turn on for 10 seconds when charging begins and then turn off. This is normal operation and designed not to disturb your sleep.
- Overheating: The charger has built-in temperature control. If it feels excessively hot, remove the device and allow it to cool down. Ensure proper ventilation around the charger.
