5. Setup

5.1 Attaching Beaters or Dough Hooks

1. Ensure the hand mixer is unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Select the desired attachments (MultiWhisk beaters for batters/whipping, dough hooks for kneading).
3. Insert the shafts of the attachments into the openings on the underside of the mixer body. Push firmly until they click into place. Ensure both attachments are securely seated.

5.2 Detaching Beaters or Dough Hooks

1. Ensure the hand mixer is unplugged from the power outlet.
2. Press the eject button, typically located on the top of the mixer body. The attachments will release.
3. Carefully remove the attachments.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 General Mixing

1. Ensure attachments are securely installed and the mixer is plugged into a suitable power outlet.
