Setup

Unpacking and Initial Cleaning

1. Carefully remove the grinder and all accessories from the packaging.

Operating Instructions

Grinding Coffee Beans

For optimal flavor, always grind coffee beans immediately before brewing.

1. Remove the clear lid.
2. Add whole coffee beans to the grinding chamber. The grinder has a capacity of 3 oz (85g), sufficient for up to 12 cups of coffee. Do not overfill.
3. Place the clear lid securely onto the grinder. The grinder will not operate unless the lid is correctly positioned and pressed down.
4. Plug the grinder into a standard electrical outlet.
5. Press and hold the lid down to activate the grinding mechanism. The duration of grinding determines the fineness of the grind.
• For a coarse grind (e.g., French Press), grind for approximately 5-10 seconds.
• For a medium grind (e.g., drip coffee), grind for approximately 10-15 seconds.
• For a fine grind (e.g., espresso), grind for approximately 15-20 seconds.
6. Release the lid to stop grinding.
7. Unplug the grinder. Carefully remove the lid. The lid can also be used as a measuring cup for ground coffee.
